Members, Justin Woytowitz and Jonathan West, along with John Sauers and several other artists will participate in a “Paint In” at the Liriodendron Mansion in Bel Air on Wed, Feb 22 from 1 - 3:30 pm. Bring your painting supplies and join them, or come and watch the artists in action. Refreshments will be available.
Pamela Wilde was also mentioned in an article in the Feb/Mar issue of Harford’s Heart magazine. She won the adult category in The Hope Against Addiction art contest where 70 entries were submitted. Her painting, “Signs of Heroin Awareness”, won the adult category. Following the contest a calendar was created using the winning artworks. It is available for $20 at the Sheriff ’s Office in Bel Air and at the Churchville Presbyterian Church. Proceeds will be donated toward heroin addiction treatment in our county.
Cub Scout Troop 313 visited our gallery on Mon, Jan 9 with their parents and scout leaders. Our members, Pattie Stonesifer, Louanne Van Fossen and Nancy Lloyd, were there to answer questions about our art. Fred S. Brundick took photos - see pages 4 and 5 for the results.

Jean Clagett, added her info to our Artists Directory page. The beautiful horse sculp- ture that decorates our gallery was lent to us by Jean. She has exhibited her work in the United States and abroad.
The Dec/Jan 2017 issue of the Harford’s Heart has an interview with our member, Tom Spicer. Tom has been painting all of his life and started painting for the U.S. Army in the 1960s. Over the years, Tom has had many commissions for his work. He uses vari- ous mediums but prefers acrylics the best.
