During the first month of each Gallery show, sitters are asked to encourage guests to vote for their favorite item in the show. Please note that HAA members may NOT vote. On the last day of the first month, the votes are counted and The People's Choice Ribbon will be placed on the winning art for the duration of the exhibit. To be fair to the exhibitors, the same artist cannot win twice in one year. When the greatest number of votes are cast for a previous winner, the award will go to the next greatest number of votes and so on. We also send a "Thank You" by email to our postcard recipients letting them know who won the award and thanking them for voting.
